Specimens of Pyrite, collected from Peru. Pyrite is an iron ore mineral, however due to its brassy yellow colour, many early prospectors would mistake it for gold. This gave it the name, ‘Fools Gold’. These pieces are of a lower grade. These specimens come in lots of 1kg, in a heavy duty polythene bag. Pieces come in various sizes.
