Quartz is one of the most abundant and well known minerals in the world, and has an array of popular variations, such as rose quartz or amethyst. Standard quartz is colourless and clear/translucent and measures a 7 on Mohs scale of hardness. This superb quartz display specimen measures approximately 11 x 10 x 6 cm at its widest and longest points. It measures approximately 1200 grams, and is capable of standing freely.
