Our very own brand field notebook, the Aqua-Proof pad is made from ‘Polyart’ paper, which is very water and grease resistant. Stands up to most oils and chemicals and weather conditions and is highly durable with strong pages. Can be written on by standard ink pen or pencil. This notebook is A5 in size, has a laminated front & back cover and contains alternating pages with 6mm lines on one side and a blank page on the reverse and contains 32 pages in total. The notebook is top opening and is spiral bound. This version of the Aqua-Proof range of notebooks is specifically made for use by geology students and professionals. It contains 32 pages which alternate between lined and blank. The lined page is for field and sample descriptions where as the plain page is for field and sample sketches. The back of the notebook contains a double sided page, on one side are various geological and sedimentary logging symbols for reference when making a sedimentary log, while on the opposite side, one can find various common geological mapping symbols.
