Honey calcite mineral specimens from Mexico which exhibit a yellow to orange colouration due to impurities of iron from the mineral hematite. The specimens are crystalline in nature and can exhibit a rough rhombic form as expected of calcites. They are translucent, letting some but not all light through, which gives them an eye catching ‘glow’. Specimens come in various sizes, in lots of 1 kilogram, in a polythene bag with label.
