A display specimen of Osteolepis macrolepidotus, collected from the Orkney Islands, Scotland. This is a fossil fish that dates to the Devonian period, and comes in a mudstone matrix. This pieces measures 16 x 11 x 3 cm approximately and weighs roughly 965 grams. Due to the valuble nature of our display pieces, they will all be shipped via courier only.
