AccuTemp P61201E060SGL DescriptionThe Accutemp P61201E060 SGL Evolution™ convection steamer can hold six 12-inch by 20-inch by 21⁄2-inch pans and can be used for steaming, poaching, reheating, thawing, and par-cooking. The cooking cavity is made of stainless steel that has been reinforced for strength. It comes with one-piece, wire pan racks that can be removed for cleaning. The field-reversible door is durable to withstand heavy use and can be opened during the steam cycle.The convection steamer is heated by a blue flame power burner made of stainless steel and uses Steam Vector Technology to provide quick cook times. The digital controls and display are simple to use and the digital timer features programmable presets. Overtemp, low water, and high water indicator lights assist with operation.
