Description DRIVER’S DAILY LOG  |  DDL3 DDL3 provides a simple Driver’s Daily Log on the top half and a Vehicle Inspection Report on the bottom half. This daily log allows the driver to differentiate between work within 160 kilometres radius and longer hauls via a checkbox at the top of the page. The bottom half inspection report includes “defective item” check boxes for the truck/tractor unit (A), trailers (B) and safety equipment (C). You can feel comfortable knowing that you’ve provided all the required information (e.g. driver name; addresses for home terminal and principal place of business; total hours for each duty status; total hours in the day; cumulative cycle; start time of the day; driver signature; etc.) as laid out in Commercial Vehicle Drivers Hours of Service Regulations.
