Technical Description: Tuffjoint Weiss Extra (weiss Extra-KT) weiss Extra-KT is a solvent-based oil and grease stain remover supplied as a thixotropic gel. It is specifically formulated to extract deep-seated hydrocarbon contaminants (oil, grease, diesel, petrol, and fats) that have penetrated into porous paving surfaces. Key Technical Properties: Form: Thick gel (stays in place on horizontal and vertical surfaces) Odour: Light solvent Composition: Hydrocarbons C7-C9, C9-C10, n-alkanes, isoalkanes, cyclics (<2% aromatics). Flammable solid and vapour. Substrates: Concrete, porcelain, natural stone, and most mineral paving surfaces Application & Performance: Applied at 3–5 mm thickness on dry surfaces Dwell time: 4–6 hours (until it dries to a removable crust) The gel draws contaminants out from below the surface; the dried residue is then swept away Coverage: Approx. 0.4 m² per 1 Litre pouch (at 3 mm thickness) Packaging: 1 Litre flexible pouch Advantages: Highly effective on stubborn, aged stains without etching or damaging the paving substrate.
